AntraSIM

Physics-based simulation tools developed by Antranova Engineering AB. Each simulator demonstrates how a real technical system can be reconstructed as an interactive model for analysis, fault investigation, and education.

Simulators

CDS-100 — Cooling Loop Process Simulator

A physics-based simulator of an industrial cooling and heating circuit. Includes live P&ID with pump and valve controls, real-time trend charts, PID regulation, alarm handling, and a 3D system view. Demonstrates how a process system can be reconstructed and analysed as an interactive model — showing flow, heat transfer, and transient behaviour across operating scenarios.

Type: Process simulator · Level 1 fidelity demonstrator

Pump Flow Discontinuity Simulator

An analytical simulator for studying discontinuous flow behaviour in pump systems. Visualises how pump curve shape, system resistance, and operating speed interact to produce low-flow stall, recirculation, and abrupt transitions between flow regimes. Relevant for pump selection, protection strategy, and fault analysis in industrial systems.

Type: Pump analysis tool · Educational / analytical

Pump Network Simulator

A network solver for multi-pump systems. Define pump characteristics, pipe resistances, and network topology; the solver computes steady-state operating points across all branches using node-branch analysis. Supports parallel and series pump configurations. Suitable for design verification and fault investigation in complex pump networks.

Type: Network solver · v4.1
