What data is processed
In connection with contact by email, the personal data submitted in the inquiry is processed, normally:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The content of the message, including any technical material attached
Purpose of processing
The data is used to:
- Respond to incoming inquiries
- Provide a quote or proposed approach
- Carry out and administer agreed assignments
Legal basis
The processing is based on:
- Legitimate interest – to respond to inquiries and provide quotes before any contract has been entered into.
- Performance of a contract – for processing required to carry out an agreed assignment.
Retention period
Inquiries that do not lead to an assignment are normally retained for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, after which they are deleted. Data linked to completed assignments, including invoicing records, is retained for as long as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (currently seven years).
Recipients of data
The data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. An exception is made for the suppliers required to run the business and the website:
- Email provider, for handling incoming and outgoing email
- Hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare), for operating the website antranova.se
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to (a register extract of) the personal data processed about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of data, to the extent this does not conflict with other legislation (e.g. the Bookkeeping Act)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, if you believe the processing violates applicable law

The website does not set any cookies of its own and does not load any external scripts for tracking, analytics, or marketing. No cookie consent banner is shown, since no such collection takes place.
The website is hosted via Cloudflare, which may set a small number of technically necessary cookies for security and operational stability (for example, protection against abuse and overload). These are classified as necessary under applicable rules and do not require consent.
